Messages from our teachers and our friends
Dr. Kenneth Judy /ICOI Chairman

To our members: The human tragedy that is occurring in Japan touches all of us and makes us want to provide comfort and assistance…..to reach out and help with our own hands. Our colleagues in Japan should know that ICOI’s directors, officers and members worldwide are appalled by seeing what they, their relatives, friends and countrymen are enduring. The loss of life is heartbreaking and can never be reversed. However, the spirit of the Japanese people is strong and they will do whatever is necessary to recover. The international community on all different levels will be at their side to work, to heal……and to eventually overcome this devastation
With deep personal and professional concern,
Sincerely,
Dr. Kenneth Judy

We here in the US are constantly Thinking and Praying for you both personally and for your country.
You are part of a wonderful society. To witness people being so very civil toward each other at a time like this, no looting, rioting or even pointing fingers is unprecedented. When such chaos is present, for people to behave in such a dignified manner is testament to the respect, kindness and loyalty of your society.
The shocking scenes that unfolded before ones eyes on the TV WERE A REMINDER OF THE STRENGTH OF OUR EARTH.
Japan and the Japanese people are just as strong and determined, and we are all convinced that you will all come back stronger, better and more determined than ever than ever.
To you and your families we wish you the strength to rebuild your country
OSS We at NYU Love you,
Cy Evian Kate please pass this on to all our friends and colleagues in JAPAN

Dear friend,
It’s saddened me and my family every time we watch the news in our Television set the catastrophe that happened in japan specially the comment of the chair of the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission that gave a far bleaker appraisal of the threat posted by the Nuclear crisis, he said that the Radiation at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station had spike to "extremely High Levels". I’m waiting for your instruction where we can send our donations because right now I’m appealing to all the members of the ICOI Phil Section to give voluntary donations and Prayers . Just let me know what assistance you still need from us and rest assured we will not stop supporting you my friend. God bless you and the people affected by this disaster.
Sincerely yours,
Dr Boy
